Terms and Conditions

Bookings:

In the case of customers booking a journey either by phone, app or website, the customer agrees to provide full information of the pick up and drop off location including multiple drop off address, with details to indicate the reason of a multi trip journey.

When taking bookings we will ask for pre-payment of the journey whether booking via the phone, app or website.
Journey’s are charged in accordance to your total mileage and time taken to get to your destination.

Airports:

When booking a journey to the airport the customer must understand and take in consideration of the road conditions (Weather, Road Works and Accidents whereby before the journey or during the journey) and allow sufficient time for the driver to reach the desired airport safely.
Although we take bookings over the phone, app or website, we advise to give Elysium Class plenty of notice to avoid disappointment. This way we can allocate your airport to the appropriate vehicle and driver.

When booking a journey back from the airport we require the flight number alongside with passenger information (Lead Passenger Name, amount of Baggage, UK Telephone Number and Address(es)).
This is so we can monitor and track your flight for any delays and send a driver accordingly, we will not take any responsibility for any information that is not accurate on the official airport website(s).
We will not take any responsibility for any information that is not accurate provided by the customer or anyone booking on behalf of the customer/client.

When booking any airports, please be advised payments will be taken before the journey.
If you are held up by any means or in baggage re-claim please notify Elysium Class or the driver to tell them of your delay. We allow up-to an 30 minutes of waiting and any additional time is chargeable to the customer/company accordingly. We are more then happy to wait for you. 

Our drivers will not enter any airport until a communication is established by the driver or customer/company, this is to ensure the customer/company is not charged for waiting in the terminal as parking is payable by the customer/company (unless advised otherwise).
Parking charges are payable by the customer/company.

If advised by a customer/company for Elysium Class to wait inside the terminal for meet and greet, the driver will enter the terminal 30 Minutes after the flight has landed, the parking charge/fee will start immediately the moment the driver enters the designated area. Some airports have a very high parking charge and a long walking distance, this will be charged to the customer.

Pick up and Drop Off:

In the case of customers being dropped off to an airport, there are designated areas which you will be dropped off, our drivers will not be able to drop you off on airport sites that are not designated to do so.
When arriving to the terminal, our drivers are able to pick you from the following locations: Cafes in the arrivals terminals and Multi Storey Car Parks that have designated pick up points for customers. Please advise the driver where you would like to be picked up from. In the case of a customer/company wanting a driver to meet inside the terminal our drivers will take a board with the customers/company name on it.

There are designated pick up points in different airports, please communicate with the driver to allow the driver time to reach the pick up point. 

Although we send drivers on time for your pick up from the airport or any distant journeys please understand in some occasions the driver may face difficulty getting to you due to an accident or break down.

Cancellation:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking please do so with at least 24 Hours notice for any journeys, if a customer/company cancels a distant journey when a driver has been dispatched for the job, you will be FULLY CHARGED for that journey. If there is a NO-SHOW by a customer/company you will be fully charged for the journey, as a driver had to go to an airport/location due to loss of time and earnings.

Wedding Cars: If for any unfortunate reason you have to cancel any wedding cars the charge is as follows.

2 Week Notice 90% Refund
1 Week Notice 50%
Under 1 Week 50% Refund
Under 24 Hour Notice No Refund

Soilage:

In the case of a customer vomiting or soiling the car, the customer/company will be held responsible for the valeting cost of the vehicle. The cost of valet is £80 on our executive fleet of cars, which is payable by the customer/company (Subject To Change). Wedding Vehicles have a £250 Soilage charge.

Breakdowns and Accidental Damage:

If in case of an emergency or breakdown, we reserve the right to send you another vehicle, we do not take responsibility of vehicles breaking down. In the case of a customer damages the drivers vehicle due to a lack of care and attention, the driver reserves the right to charge the customer/company accordingly. If you would like to dispute this please contact Elysium Class using the contact form on the ‘contact us’ page.

Lost Property:

If in any case you have lost your property in a vehicle, please contact Elysium Class as soon as possible by either phone or the contact form on the ‘contact us’ page, by law we have to hand it in to the local authority (police). If we can verify that you are the rightful owner of the lost property we will be happy to assist. Your property will be handed over to the office where you can pick it up from, please be advised you will need to bring in identification (Passport, drivers license or utility bill).
If you want a driver to return the lost property you will charged for the journey fare, your property is your responsibility (unless the driver is very close by).

MISC:

Elysium Class has the right to change/update pricing at anytime without notice, your journeys that have been prebooked will be honoured. Any increase in parking prices for (pick up/drop off), toll charge, congestion charge and ULEZ charge (any emissions charge), will be added according to the location in which you travel to and from.
